The Composite Division is a quite new activity, starting on 1988 when the new plant for manufacturing SMC has been opened and also the pressing hall.

Certificate for ISO9001 for quality and ISO14001 for envinronment.
The SMC plant has a new manufacturing line sheet molding compound – unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, since 2002 with a capacity of 8.000 tones/year.

The quality types of manufacturing SMC are in accordance with the requests of the customers and the destination of the finished product- electrical, fine proof grades.

The quality of the manufacturing material is guaranteed by the experience of the production people, the automate manufacturing line and the high quality or raw materials.

Presing hall is organized on workshops. Pressing- has hydraulic presses of 100 tones force and 200 tones force. It can satisfy customer requests for a large variety of items sizes.

Product range- electrical cases, decorative front plates, gutters for olympic stadiums.
The expertise and the high qualification level of the personnel allow work with modular moulds.

Since 1998, the plant is working exclusively for export.

Assembling of pressed items into electrical cases delivered directly to final users.

One use more than 150 types of accessories in the assembling activity.
Painting of item surface at customers requests, for providing high UV resistence. Painting of the stripes of decorative front plates. The painting is made with two automated painting lines, Charvo and Walter and a robot for painting the stripes.

There is a large interest shown to the environment protection. A new, modern plant for VOC emission treatment, works since the beginning of 2008, it provides their confinement and treatment by 99%.
